We're sure you'll love your prints. However, if for any reason you don't, we're happy to offer a free exchange or refund 100% of the purchase price. Simply return the print within 10 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase to our New York office, all returns should be sent to the distribution center (address below).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase
