How to Place an Order

Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions. You may also complete your order call emailing us at D3Rose@att.net

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, PayPal Credit, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Ordering And Paying By Phone

You’ll receive an order confirmation email as usual and your order will be placed, printed and delivered in 3-5 business days, priority delivery, free of charge. Everything about our service is exactly the same as per any other ordering/payment method.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel an order before it's shipped, contact our customer support with your order number. We're unable to cancel items that have already shipped. Please visit our returns page or contact us for alternate options.

We enclose your framed prints in 3 layers of protection before shipping.

  1. Firstly, we wrap frames in clear shrink wrap to prevent scratches.
  2. Next, we add cardboard corners for add on protection in shipping.
  3. Finally, we wrap each piece in small bubble wrap before placing the artwork in a cardboard shipping box fit for each size of artwork ordered.

Canvas Prints

Our new Canvas prints are now framed and they are shipped like the framed and matted fine art prints using the same method above.

Unframed Art Prints

Our Fine Art prints without a frame will shipped in our white art tube with plastic end caps to protect your art in transit.  Please not when they arrive they will be in clear plastic cellophane sleeves.  Unroll them on a clean surface face down with a heavy book on the back unprinted side for a day or two to flatten.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time.Our employees don't have access to this information, and we don't store PIN data or security codes.We never rent, trade or share your email address with another company for their marketing purposes.
